Where do you ship?
We are currently only shipping within New Zealand and Australia. Though if you’re interested in ordering outside of these borders, contact us through email, contact form or any of our social platforms and we can provide you a one-off shipping cost.
How much will the shipping cost?
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location. We ship all our sets using NZ Post tracked courier.
How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?
New Zealand: 3 - 5 working days
Once dispatched, you will receive an email update with an NZ Courier Post tracking number. You can track your order here. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your purchase to arrive (depending on your location).
Australia: 5 - 13 working days
Once dispatched, you will receive an email update with an NZ Courier Post tracking number. You can track your order here. Please allow 5 - 13 working days for your purchase to arrive (depending on your location).
If you do not receive your package after the stated working days from when you receive tracking, contact us at hello@morethanwords.nz
Returns
We do not offer a return service, however, we do offer replacements for faulty or damaged products. Although we aim to ensure your products arrive to you safely, we cannot guarantee this once we hand over the parcel for shipping.
Faulty or damaged goods
Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us within five days of receiving your item via e-mail hello@morethanwords.nz, including a clear photo of the damage/fault. Customers are responsible for all returns costs. If you have a query about your order or would like to arrange a return please fill in the form here.
If a replacement is available it will be sent out to you at no charge. For items damaged in transit, please keep all packaging for claiming purposes.
Refunds
Please note that we do not offer refunds if you have changed your mind. Wholesale orders are firm sale only; we will not accept returns.
